photoblog image Your in the way

Your in the way

This camera was on a rail mounted boggey and was being pushed along the stage front pit by a group of helpers. They really were not impressed by my getting in the way on several occassions but hey, who cares!

All the best Mal

You have to suffer for your art! Dramatic shot.
A very nice one, blue, intense. Another side of the stage. Great.

i don't see any offical bibs on this fellow mal. i love the light on the left from the close encounters space ship that filters through the equipment. "How does it feel to treat me like you do?" - 'Blue Monday' New Order.
Mal: Classic tune Neal, I wished I had thought of that title!!

Another Supurb shot Mal. The more I look at it, the more I love it.
Next time they complain - bubblegum on the rails. They'll love that.
Mal: Hee hee, It did cross my mind to try and derail it! I'm sure it would not have been too hard to do. That would have given me a great series of shots! wink Mal

Very nice shot Mal. I love this dark blue...
Hi Mal. I totally disagree with Suby, the lighting did not work in your favour, you used your photographic skill and talent to work with the light available. Very, very well done indeed my mate. Regards, Neil.

Never mind,just go on!
Not entirely convinced by this image, Mal. It's of course your usual high standard, just, that the composition is a little off and the light could perhaps have come through even stronger. It's a little flat considering the subject matter.
Mal: I know what you mean! I have 7 images generically similar to this one. In some ways I wish that the camera man was slightly higher in the frame compositionally. I also now regret not processing this one with more of a vignette to emphasize the central composition. Cheers Andrew. Mal
