In the palm of my hand

The last of the Farrah images for now!

After the gig, the band had a marathon signing session. In order to get the spelling of the names corrcet they got the fans to write their names on anything that was around but ran out of paper, hense this image.

All the best Mal

Is this taken in a lift. very cool Mal. Every time you post a photo you make me think of music lyrics yet i can never think of suitable lyrics when i post my own photos. Your title had me singing australian singer songwriter Paul Kelly's song Bradman about sir don bradman the cricketer and the line was 'They always came for Bradman 'cause fortune used to hide in the palm of his hand'. Thanks for providing the segway for me.
Mal: How on earth did you know this was in a lift??????

Absolutely spot on! It was the lift mirror! Were you there? Mal

Aha caught written handed! Well it's late all I could think of. Excellent shot, possibly my fav.
Mal: Even your rubbish jokes are welcome here Digi and you know it. Mal
hey mal,

i love this shot. i really like the simplicity of the hand and its slight reflection. the different colors and styles of handwriting really give the shot a really eclectic feel. well done.
Mal: Thank you Nicole, he's an eclectic guy wink Mal

Hi Mal. Well now, I gotta hand it to you, you've really got a
hand(le)on this seeing the shot business. Who else would have thought of this? Good job you always keep your camera handy. Puns I know, but well..... Another great shot and a fitting end to your series. Very well done mate. Regards, Neil.
Mal: I suppose there is no Arm in it! wink Mal

about the lift thing mal i was going to send you a program that allows you to find out the luminosity coefficient of thermally aspirated glass emulsion from a picture and hence tell it was lift glass but then i remembered how your mate stevo said you had a program with a green string button and instantly i thought you could use that to work it out.
Mal: That will be the "String Theory" then?

i think its a great take, just not a fan of the subject matter...7.75/10
Mal: So it don't "Grab" you then Master? wink Mal
You've turned, what is essentially a quite mundane (but amusing) shot into something much more by your artistic presentation of said palm of hand. The story always helps, but here we could easily have been left wondering. I actually thought it was their song set, but how on earth you would know what track was coming next god only knows...LOL. Nice one Mal.
Mal: if you heard them play sometimes Andrew, those lyrics would make much more sense wink Mal

Nice one smile I like the way the reflection disappears to nothing, as if the hand/wrist isn't attached to anything.

It reminds me of that Dr Who episode .. don't tell me we're the only ones who saw it!
