31-37

This image was inspired by a recent post by Simon

http://beakerst.shutterchance.com/photoblog/34281.htm

who has a habit of creating great images from seemingly nothing, I hope that this one comes somewhere near.

Again taken at Blackpool ball room, the original was processed in the learning centre but was lost through my incompetance. But hey, I'm getting old.

All the best Mal

Strong composition. Indeed the angle and viewpoint makes this picture!
Interestingangle...did you use a tripod? Must be one of those expensive ones. Nice work Mal. Can't see what you would have done to this one Processing wise.....care to share maybe I could try too.
Mal: Yes, they allowed us to take tripods into the venue. Sent to you privately what was done. Mal
And they say that I am critical of myself...I've met Mr Critique himself...take it easy man!

Wow I'm flattered! I like it, and I like how you've put your own thumbprint on it. The angle works and the leading lines are interesting as they help move the viewer through the shot.

Top stuff and thanks

You've gone a good job with this one, and as best I can tell this is almost identical to the one you were working on at the weekend other than a slight change of crop.

Incontinence - Yes, can be a nasty one that, especially when your least expecting it.

Cool snap - the East G sign looks like a computer graphic added subsequently, maybe my screen.
Mal: I can not be too far away from a loo these days, It's a shame. Glad you found the "G" spot thing of interest!!!

Nicely processed and composed. Don't think of losing images as incompetence, think of it as another opportunity to solidify your new skills smile

mister Mal, I allowed myself to show this picture of yours to a friend http://mal.shutterchance.com/photoblog/24096.htm I know you don't care at all, but sometimes it's good to say things like this. By the way I think this picture amazing.
So now it's "Mister Mal"!! I had better be suitably deferential!!! Whatever you payed for the course, I can only say it was money well spent. Another superb shot Mal (Mister!!), it looks like you may just make it as a photographer after all!!Hee, hee!! Great work again. Loads of regards, Neil.
Mal: Today Mister, tomorrow Lord wink Mal
