Post entered to really annoy Simon!
 
I went out photographing with Silbo a few weeks ago in York, we had a great afternoon and did some snapping in various areas of York. At one point we were on this footbridge and noticed these shadows. So, Simon annonced the challenge and I thought that I would return to have another go at them yesterday when the sun was low.

Great composition with the diagional shadow running corner to corner. Available colours also came alive with the shutterspeed.

That bug that crawled through the sunny part spoils it somewhat - I must have a virus to imagine stuff like this smile

its alright mal...one of those rare occasions where u fail to completely impress...
I'm a fan of patterns (though i'm not good at spotting them). I like the angle at which you took this shot. Actually thought it was a building from the thumbnail. Very nyyyce, Mal
