Fantastic... poking out of the water like a serpents tail, or a king Cobra poking out of the sand. The framing really draws you in

Crikey Mal! You've done it again!

Sooo well spotted, well taken and well presented.

Now, where's that giant squid?
Fantasy, mystery, and a sense of anticipation - nicely done.

The mysterious glow in the foreground gives it a somewhat ominous atmosphere especially with that thing poking out of the water. Clever work, as usual!
Signature shot, Mal. Lovely tones as always!
This is definitely a winning shot !! Will actually pay for a framed shot of this. It has the 'it' appeal

Has a mysterious etherial quality. Brilliantly done.
Truly wonderful atmosphere in this, Mal. Very mysterious and `other-worldly`. I really like the darkness around the edges. (:o)

The 'placement' of the anchor in this picture makes it a great composition. Excellent.

Like it is saying 'Go younder and drown yourself' when you are a bit off the day. Or 'Go younder and get rich' on the day you feel lucky.

The water is so soft and inviting, I am tempted to walk down the ramp, and swim toward that little glowing spot just at the horizon and be enveloped in the glow. Beautiful.

Fantastic shot - very dreamlike. I'm sure there could be some psycological interpretation attached to the little object poking out of the water!

248 seconds, I am impressed, but more about the atmosphere of this B&W, the softness ot the water, the anchor tip above the water, magic to me.

Monotastic Mal
Excellently done Mal!
I bet someone is looking for that. I know where there is a boat that could of made use of it.
Technical perfection Mal.
Wonderful use of vignetting. An Iconic Mal image.

Another great shot Mal. This has something of the 'Ingmar Bergman/Seventh Seal' feel about it.
Nice one.

The Devil...it seems...was a bit hot from his/her hard day of work in hell.
He/She's cooling of with a bit of lazy snorkelling, and is using the tip of his/her tail as a warning beacon for speed boats that might be in the area.
Love it, mal.
Wow.........This is amazing.
A chilling scene! The atmosphere is spectral. Fascinating!

Simply absolutely impressive. Clean, simple composition - and still a lot of room of wondering how the different elements work together, what they could imply... And those huge contrasts together with the soft, glowing, erial atmosphere. Absolutely wonderful photo.
Another cracking blur mal.
Very artistic work : Standing ovation !!
what a great scene!
