No bicycling helmet.

He's a moth...drawn to the bright his hair burnt off last trip, but is ever the optimist...
Excellente light!!! I really like the "textures" on the left wall.
He is biking to the light or away from the darkness ??

Nice pic

Wonderful Mal
riding into the abyss...
If this were much darker, I'd smell the Zone from Tarkovsky's "Stalker". smile

Cycling into the unknown. Lovely lovely smile
Great shooting angle. In away the burn out in the tunnel exit really helps.

Nice one Mal. I think he's about to experience a close encountertongue

Excellent Mal and good to see you back with us.
Hope I'm this fit when I go to my maker!
reminds me of that hour or so in the tunnel next to Elland road i spent, i put one very similar in the trash can lol,

only joking, a peach of a shot Malsmile
good work here--love the angle and the blown out light at the "end of the tunnel"....
Excellent shot. when I grow up I want to be like you, the problem is that I am 43 years old smile.

a fantastic pic- the slightly obliquous angle, the illusion to be in movement like the bicyclist himself, the open perspective/ 'open future'- full of light and optimism (after having passed a dark tunnel?) - but I'm not sure: "going home"? I wish it for him and her...for it is wonderful to know where you are at home and where you are welcomed and loved! The lighting is great, also the toning- I very like this photo especially because of this plenty of white light signalizing for me openness and freedom in connection with a warm feeling at home !

The carnival is over.

I am going home, I've done my time.

There is light at the end of his tunnel whichever way.
