The Sirens nearly got him, as did the Cyclops, but the travel-weary Ulysses finally returns to home shores...where he runs aground on some rocks that are obscured by the milky opaqueness of the sea in these parts.
Excellent lights and shadows in the boat. Perfect in bw!

I love the effect of the long exposure on the sky and water. Beautiful!
Mal is like a comet
he appears on teh sky of shutter
brightens up the space around him
and disappears back to the oblivion
leaving us to wonder
when he will appear again
