Mal [the famed Naga rider] gazes through his single giant eye back down the spine of his "ride" to the bottomless myst-world from which they are emerging...Time is meaningless, except to those witnesses who are trying to participate during idle work cycles.

I don't know why, but I see some Dali influence here, Mal, and I like it a lot.
Love this, Mal.
Lovely, lovely work...where did you take this?

Lovely shot Mal. Whenever I see one of your beach shots it makes me want to get in the car and go to the beach. This one looks like a big serpent coming out of the water. Or maybe a big twix... Love it.

Santa is getting me tripod this year so I'll have to post my own lame attempts in January grin

Yes, we are dunking to an other (or outer-)world-atmospere, a sunk world (there are some lakes where formerly villages have been built up)- the situation might be dangerous for us, but the sky, lighted up and open, looks so hopeful-promising that I could imagine, being lost in dreams, to walk and walk along the mole towards the horizon, and then I could be elevated up to the sky or wherever the journey might end?

Mal, a pic of downfall/ ruin or liberation/freedom! I'm inspired by reading W.G.Sebald's novels and now I see with other eyes and another mind...
Lovely shot Mal,where is it.
For me Mal this isn't one of your best. It's a bit flat somehow and the sky is a bit weak.
