Mal, the Subster once again bows at your mastery of this genre. (Suby gets up and bows)
This is even ebtter than the previous one, welcome back from The Other Side!!!
When this appeared on my screen, I said "wow!" very softly. *Very* few pictures I see evoke that response. Pictures like this make me proud to be among such fine photographers.
Mal,
I agree with all of the above comments. I am loving these pictures of yours. Very ethereal. I, too, bow to your mastery. -k
How I like your photography. And I concretely do not say this, I speak of the style that you print to your images, Mal!
Nice feel! Beautiful image! Very eerie.
I just came from Petra's "Almost Home" to your "Going Home," Mal. Hmmm. What's up with that??
Don't we all like it when there's light at the end of the tunnel!
This looks like a charcoal sketch, reminds me of A-ha's video for 'Take on me'.
Cool result and I am sure this is quite hard to get right.
Beautiful light, interesting blur.
Exhilarating feeling...finished with [dull] work-life, and emerging into the brilliant other-life where I get to do My Stuff for a few hours.
This is a wonderful depiction of the cusp of two elements of a life, mal. Beautiful work!
more arguing people..?
This is too easy for you Mal, you can do this with your eyes closed! I challenge you to applying this technique to a series of related images. You could call it "The Stalker" or even, "The Stalked"
Well, well Malster, up to your old tricks again
Up to your ususal standards, very good. Provides a quite dynamic feeling - just like a gateway to a new horizon. Nice!
Did someone disturb you when you stalked these two? It seems like you had a fright. I don't understand why all these viewers bow to a stalker. Over here you may get caught, just maybe.
Excellent picture - are you going to submit this for the beakerst challenge? I can see summer breaking at the tunnel's end.
Great shot - an interesting technique. I would love to know more. There are several different interpretations you could give to this, but I like to think of it as an image of hope.
Ingrid
lol@ title...great one again in the style that is really yours!!
Petra
I think you are bringing the York ghost walks to life, or is that an oxymoron? I likey.
Don`t know how you do this, but I love the effect - ethereal and mysterious. (:o)
LOL, that's often how I feel when I get out of the office: blurry and blinded by the light. Good work, Mal!
Liking this type of shot a lot, and like a lot of others would be interested in knowing how you have gone about it. Very nice
What a nice one, I like the contrast between lights and shadows, entry and exit.
Walking in to the light
I like this one Mal, like it alot
Hello Mal ! original render for this shot ! I like this post-processing !
The light at the end of the tunnel - like it a lot - pushing the boundaries is not something I am good at and applaud in others. Mike
This is very cool, Mal. Excellent.
This is a great addition to the end of the tunnel type of moving shots. Like them all.
Nice and strange effect !
Another belter of a shot mal, reminds me of the one I shot at Whitby...
What a great shot. YOu've taken what is an ordinary subject and really made it outstanding. Something we can all aspire to. Thanks for the inspiration! p.s. I would also love to know how you did this
